What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?▾
Standard catalog items start at 100-500 pieces depending on the product. Custom OEM orders typically require 500-2,000 pieces. We can mix products within a single container order — you don't need MOQ per SKU if the total order fills a container.
What are your wholesale prices?▾
Pricing depends on product type, quantity, and customization. As a general reference: standard ceiling diffusers run $3-15/pc, plenum boxes $7-32/pc, return air grilles $2-8/pc, and dampers $5-25/pc — all FOB China. Send your parts list for exact pricing.
Can you ship to the USA / Europe / Middle East?▾
Yes. We export to 60+ countries on every continent. Sea freight from our Dongyang factory to US West Coast is 20-25 days; to Europe 25-35 days; to Middle East 15-20 days. We handle export documentation and can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP terms.
Do you provide samples?▾
Yes. Sample orders of 1-5 pieces per product are available. Standard items ship within 3-5 business days. Sample cost is deducted from the first production order. Request samples.
